1. Luggage Limit: Up to 40kgs is The possible weight of the luggage we have to maintain when we are traveling in the metro train. Gunny bags of rice and wheat are strictly not allowed in the metro train. Passengers can carry the proper luggage bags measuring up to 65cm in length, 45cm in breadth and 25cm in height.

2. Metro Train Tokens: Metro train tickets(tokens) are valid for 30 minutes from the time of purchase. Entry to the metro train Hyderabad will be denied to the rider without a new ticket(token). The premises including platforms are under surveillance 24 hours.

3. Metro Smart Card: Hyderabad metro providing Smart cards. The worth of the smart card is 200/- which includes a caution deposit of 100/- and store value of 100/-. The validity of the smart card is 365 days. A passenger can store a maximum of Rs. 3000 in the card which can be recharged through TSavaari app, Paytm, HMR passenger website and Add value machine. And also arranged Portable Ticket Analyzer (PTA) machines to avoid the rush at the ticket counters in peak times.

4. Prohibited items in the metro: There are some prohibited items in the metro train during the travel time. Inflammable or explosives like gas cylinders, stoves, kerosene, petrol, and sharp edges objects like knives, scissors etc are prohibited items in Hyderabad Metro Train.
